We will pay you $500 per EXCLUSIVE referral.  We pay you a referral fee on each house you refer that we buy. It's that simple. There is no limit on how much money you can make

What do you need? 
Industrious property locators like you who are willing to put in a minimal amount work for a tremendous profit potential.  We are always looking to expand our network of property locators to include individuals who have a desire to make good money for just turning over a lead to us.

What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant houses.  It's that easy!

How Do I Get Started?
 

To get started now, simply follow the 4 Step Process Outlined Below:

1. Register with CPG

Complete our simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and mail it to us. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so we know where to mail the checks and how to reach you. Once we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note: We will issue a 1099 IRS form as required by law on all payouts that exceed $600 per year.

 2. Locate Leads

Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent By Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in the San Antonio area any condition. Any house you think is owned by a "motivated seller"

Properties We Want: 

  • Only in the San Antonio, TX area
  • FSBO's - For Sale By Owner
  • Vacant Houses - anytime a house is vacant the owner is already emotionally detached from the property.  We love vacant houses.
  • For Rent By Owner - Nothing is more frustrating than to deal with tenants and renting properties.  Most owners quickly grow tired of being a landlord and will entertain an offer.
  • Distressed property owner
  • Pre-Foreclosures - Owner's behind on their payments have alot of options available and we know the pre foreclosure business.
  • Dead Leads - Most real estate investors do not have a system in place to efficiently follow up with perspective sellers.  Once a lead hits our system we stay in contact with the seller until the property is sold or not for sale.  
  • Homes Under 100K 
  • 3/2's or larger - We do buy smaller homes but 3 bedroom 2 bath homes are preferred.
  • Apartments - Yes, we buy apartment complexes of all sizes. 

Properties To Avoid:  

  • Outlying Properties
  • Manufactured homes, condos and townhomes - not interested at this time.
  • Listed Properties - If they are listed we usually can not talk directly with the seller.
     

3. Refer Leads To CPG

Submit our simple PROPERTY FORM by mail. After sending someone to drive by the house and reviewing our Leads Database for duplicates, we will fax or email you a CASH REWARD CONFIRMATION indicating the number of qualified leads received and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.

4. Get Paid!

Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. One of CPG's business goals is win/win for all people involved and this is what we strive for.

 

 Referral Tips

  1.  MOTIVATION! MOTIVATION! MOTIVATION!  You can turn in a bunch of junk leads and never make a dime.  We want you to turn in as many leads as possible naturally, but if you want to get paid, you need to focus on quality leads.  Whether a seller is truly motivated or not is one of, if not the most important factors in finding a good deal.  If they aren’t motivated, we will not be able to buy it right and therefore no deal will be made ……….. and no check arrives in the mail for you.
     
  2. PERSISTENCE!  You can’t find deals if you don’t look!  Whether you are finding deals over the internet, the local newspaper or on a Sunday drive in the country, you can’t make any money if you don’t do the work.  We are ready and willing to buy homes, all we need is quality leads and we are relying on you for them.
     

EMAIL ADDRESSES!  Providing a valid email address for the seller is a huge benefit to you and us.  Make sure you get an email address and double check the spelling.  You'll be glad you did.
